TechCrunch Disrupt New York Battlefield finalists, DigitalGenius announced their first serious funding today with a $3 million investment round.
The company was looking for $2 million, but garnered so much interest from investors, it ended up landing the $3 million figure instead, according to DigitalGenius chief strategy officer Mikhail Naumov.
