Google: Web Pages vs Web Posts Are The Same For Indexing

I never saw this question and to most of you, you'd probably think it is a waste of time, but the question is new. A webmaster asked in a Google Webmaster Help thread asked if there is a difference in how Google indexes and ranks web pages versus web posts......
