Google Blue Shield Icon In Snippets For Some Government Sites?

Google may be testing showing a blue shield icon in the snippets for some government related sites. I am honestly thinking this might be some sort of browser extension but it may not be and it may be a feature Google is testing. This was shared by Michael Postorino on Twitter....
