Google Shopping Box Displays Shops & Details Button

Claire Carlile posted on Twitter a screen shot of Google showing a shopping box but one that has buttons for more details about the item and a button to look up shops that sell the item. I think that terminology is new, but I do not cover Google Shopping and Ads closely, I think this is an ad, right?...
