Google Trying Local Pack Without Google+ Links

Google seems to be testing the Google Local Pack results in the web search results without links to Google+. Ryan Schilling spotted this and posted a screen shot on Twitter. The three pack has links to the places web sites but no links to their Google+ page in his screen shot......
