Корпорация «Роснано» договорилась с АФК «Системой» о продаже своей доли в компании «Микрон». Об этом сообщает «Коммерсант». По условиям пут-опциона от 2014 года сумма сделки составит 8,1 млрд рублей за 20,42% акций.
