Microsoft announced today that it had purchased Havok Software from Intel. The chip maker purchased Havok, an Irish gaming technology company, back in September, 2007. Well, it happened. Google is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of a new parent company called Alphabet. The company announced its plans for a new corporate structure back in August.
