Стартап Talkbank стал одним из 12 победителей международного конкурса стартапов Seedstars, который прошел в начале апреля 2017 года. Об этом сообщают «Ведомости». Корпорация «Ланит» создал венчурный фонд Lanit Ventures объемом $10 млн для инвестиций в стартапы в 2016 году. Об этом сообщает «Коммерсант». Деньги предоставят акционеры группы компаний «Ланит». Новый фонд будет инвестировать в России и странах СНГ, иногда – в дальнее зарубежье.  Фонд покупает доли «не ниже блокирующей» и вкладывает в IT- и интернет-проекты «с высоким потенциалом на глобальных рынках». Корпорация Mail.Ru Group купила оставшиеся 90,09% компании ZakaZaka. Об этом Firrma сообщили в компании.  IT-гигант получил миноритарную долю ZakaZaka в ноябре 2016 года в рамках сделки по приобретению Delivery Club. В марте 2017 года компания увеличила свою долю в стартапе до 9,91%.  ZakaZaka – сервис доставки еды. По собственным данным, на данный момент у стартапа около 2600 ресторанов-партнеров. Cisco has been rather acquisitive in recent years buying 19 companies since 2015, and today it announced it was acquiring cloud-based SD-WAN vendor Viptela for $610 million in cash.
